Step 1) Your USERNAME is your last name (lowercase);
Step 2) Your PASSWORD is your order#; and
Step 3) For further security once you click login you will have to enter your PASSWORD (order#) again to view your order. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY
